Practitioner Assistant

Practitioner Assistant is a static browser app. It does not provide server-side accounts, cloud sync, or an application database hosted by us.

Information stored by the app

The app stores the information you enter locally in your browser using localStorage and IndexedDB. This may include professional details, client records, appointment details, session notes, payment status, and file contents you choose to attach.

Email drafts and exported files

The app can create local files, including .eml email drafts, from information you select in the app. These drafts are generated in your browser and are not sent by the app. Any sending, sharing, or storage outside the browser happens only through tools you choose to use, such as your email client or file system.

Network and hosting data

Because this is a static website, the hosting provider may receive ordinary web request data such as IP address, browser type, and requested page. The app itself does not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or server-side user accounts.

Your controls

You control the records stored in the app. You can edit or delete records inside the app, remove downloaded files from your device, or clear this site's browser storage to remove local app data. Clearing browser data may permanently delete app records if you have not exported a backup.

Security

Local storage is protected by your browser and device security. Use an appropriate device password, browser profile, operating system account, backup policy, and email workflow for any confidential or sensitive information you enter.
